All those receiving services at the Journey Mental Health Center are informed of their treatment rights and the process for resolving complaints at the time of intake and on an annual basis thereafter.
Those we serve have the opportunity to express their dissatisfaction with Journey Mental Health Center and/or its services and to receive a resolution to their grievance in a timely, fair and respectful manner. Procedures have been established that are consistent with standards set forth under applicable provisions of WI statute and administrative code.
