About Keystone Community Services (KCS)

Keystone Community Services began in 2018, to provide mid-level case management and psychiatric prescribing to consumers in Dane County that had a mental health or substance abuse diagnosis and identified case management needs. These could be consumers in transition from other services at Journey Mental Health Center or in the community, or step-downs from more intensive services, like Community Support Programs.

KCS is a multidisciplinary team of community-based providers. KCS provides person-centered, recovery-oriented, comprehensive case management and mental health services for program participants, ensuring they receive the support and services needed to best meet their needs and improve overall health and well-being.

  • Financial skill development
  • Health assessment & coordination of medical services
  • Navigating housing resources
  • Education & employment services
  • Substance use assessment & referral
  • Trauma informed care
