I received my Master’s Degree in Social Work (MSW) from the University of Wisconsin–Madison in 2021. I’ve worked with individuals experiencing first episode psychosis, anxiety, OCD, depression, suicidality, self-harm, and personality disorders, among other concerns. My primary approach when working with adolescents and adults is to help them build awareness and move away from patterns of emotion dysregulation, self-harm, avoidance, interpersonal wounds, and harsh self-judgments that may be holding them back.
Outside of work, I’ve been an avid skier for the past 14 years. I enjoy spending quality time with friends and my dog, traveling, and reading mystery novels.
