I earned my Bachelor of Science in Psychology from the University of Wisconsin–Platteville and completed my Master’s in Social Work at the University of Wisconsin–Milwaukee. I have worked in a variety of settings, primarily supporting individuals struggling with substance use and severe, persistent mental illnesses.
While I mainly work with adults, I also provide intake screenings for children and adolescents. I enjoy both individual and group work, helping adults navigate mental health and substance use concerns.
Outside of work, I spend most of my time with my partner, siblings, and nieces and nephews. I love traveling nationally and internationally, spending time in nature, watching K-dramas, and playing with my two cats.
