I attended the University of South Alabama, where I studied philosophy, psychology, and occupational therapy. After finding my path in the mental health field, I earned a master’s degree in Psychology and Addictions Counseling from Aspen University. I spent three years managing community-based suicide prevention programs before pursuing my passion for supporting individuals experiencing psychosis. I now attend classes through the University of Kentucky as I work toward licensure in social work.
I work with individuals experiencing psychosis, using the Coordinated Specialty Care model.
Outside of work, I enjoy hiking, listening to audiobooks, and thrifting. I also practice Zen meditation and yoga. I moved to Madison from the Detroit area in 2024 and am always up for trying new restaurants and exploring local farmers markets.
