I attended University of Wisconsin-Whitewater, and I hold a Bachelor’s of Business Administration and am pursuing a Master’s in Clinical Mental Health Counseling.
I am an Outpatient Services intern at Journey Mental Health Center working with adults as they build insight, strengthen supports, and move toward the lives they want to lead. I value creating a safe, judgment-free space where clients feel heard and supported. I am completing my master’s degree in Clinical Mental Health Counseling at the University of Wisconsin-Whitewater and I hope to continue serving in community mental health where empowerment, collaboration, and compassion are at the center of the work.
Outside of work, I enjoy staying active through hula hooping, unwinding with video games, and getting creative with different crafting projects. I love spending time with the people in my life and finding hobbies that help me stay grounded and joyful.
My counseling interests include working with adults who are managing mood disorders, personality disorders, trauma related concerns, and substance use disorders. I enjoy helping clients build coping skills, explore identity, and make changes that support healthier patterns in their lives.
