I completed my Master of Social Work at UW–Whitewater. At Journey, I work with adults in the Ujima Program in the Outpatient Clinic, and I’m open to working with individuals across the lifespan. I take a person-centered approach to therapy and tailor my work to each individual’s needs. I often incorporate Art Therapy, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Motivational Interviewing, and Mindfulness to support people experiencing depression, grief, traumatic stress, and the impact of cultural and systemic oppression.

In my career, I have worked with older adults, but at Journey, I mostly work with adults 18-45.

Outside of work, I enjoy cooking and trying out new recipes. When I’m not in the kitchen, I like to relax with a good movie or listen to music. I also enjoy spending time outdoors with my family.
