I completed my Bachelor's Degree at UW–La Crosse, majoring in Psychology with a minor in At-Risk Youth and Child Care. During my time in La Crosse, I gained experience working in CCS programming, an autism therapy center, and a domestic violence shelter. I went on to earn my Master's Degree from Walden University, majoring in Forensic Psychology with a focus on Juvenile Delinquency and Family Violence. I also recently completed the Substance Abuse Counselor’s Program through UW–Madison and am working toward obtaining my SAC-IT license. At Journey, I primarily work with youth and children.
Outside of work, I run a small hobby farm with dogs, cats, chickens, quail, guinea hens, sheep, and goats. A lot of my free time is spent outdoors caring for the animals, tending the garden, attending races, or exploring local craft and vendor fairs. I also love to bake and run my own custom cookie business on the side!
