Meet
Natasha
:

I’m a Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner with 13+ years of experience and a knack for helping people untangle the complicated knots of the mind. I earned my graduate degree from Walden University, and since then, I’ve worked across acute and long-term psychiatric settings - think everything from crisis stabilization to helping someone finally get a full night’s sleep (without Googling their symptoms at 2 a.m.).

I specialize in psychiatric assessment, diagnosis, and treatment planning for adults. I work with individuals experiencing a wide range of mental health concerns, from anxiety and depression to complex mood and psychotic disorders. My approach balances clinical expertise with compassion - I never lose sight of the person behind the paperwork. Whether it’s managing medications or simply making space for someone to feel heard, my goal is always the same: to help people feel like themselves again.

When I'm not diagnosing, treating, or championing mental wellness, you can usually find me with a good book in one hand and a sci-fi movie queued up in the background (the weirder, the better). I love unwinding with a great game - board, card, or digital - and I believe rivers are vastly underrated compared to lakes (there’s something about the movement that just makes sense). Time with loved ones is my reset button, and if you ever need a recommendation for a thought-provoking book or a mind-bending movie, I’m your person.
