I earned my master’s degree in Clinical Mental Health Counseling from Valparaiso University and later completed a master’s in Business Administration with a concentration in finance and accounting from Edgewood College. I’ve spent the past five years working in community mental health settings, where I’ve provided therapy, case management, and clinical supervision.
Over the course of my career, I’ve primarily worked with people struggling to manage stress, anxiety, sadness, and other difficult emotions that often present as depression, anxiety, and related diagnoses. My clinical focus has also included working with individuals experiencing first episode psychosis and ongoing psychosis.
Outside of work, I enjoy spending time outdoors with my partner, dog, and friends, especially hiking or running around the Madison area.
