I attended the University of Nebraska Medical Center College of Nursing for my BSN, earned my MSN and FNP from Concordia University, and completed a post-master's certificate in Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practice (PMHNP) at UW–Madison. I also hold a BS in Business Administration with a minor in Psychology. My background includes working in primary care at GHC and under a SAMHSA grant that integrated physical health into mental health care at Journey. While I’ve served as a psychiatric nurse practitioner at GHC, most of my time in this role has been with Journey Mental Health Center.

I work with a wide range of clients, including those experiencing first episode psychosis (age 15 and older), clients without current insurance, individuals with substance use disorders, and adults navigating conditions such as bipolar disorder, schizophrenia, PTSD, OCD, depression, and anxiety/panic disorders.

Outside of work, I enjoy gardening—both flowers and vegetables—reading non-fiction, walking, and listening to music.
