Henning holds his Master's in Social Work from UW Madison. He uses a holistic, strength-based, and person-centered approach to therapy. Henning uses cognitive behavioral therapy, narrative therapy, dialectic behavioral therapy and Internal Family Systems to treat anxiety, depression, bipolar disorder, psychosis, trauma, identity, relationship and substance use. Henning works with teens and adults across a wide spectrum of symptom severity. He is an LGBTQ ally.
When not working, Henning enjoys music, art, spending time with family and exercising.
