Our Internship Program is designed to build competence in all aspects of clinical work, including individual and group counseling, case management, crisis work, screening, assessment, and consultation. Training new clinicians is one of our core values. We prioritize and individualize an Intern's experience and devote a good deal of energy to our program.
Survivors of Suicide (SOS) Support Group provides support to people who have been affected by a suicide loss. We meet the second and fourth Tuesdays of each month at Journey Mental Health Center. Each adult group is facilitated by a suicide survivor/volunteer and a mental health professional. Learn more about SOS in our quarterly newsletter. We also offer a resource library, periodic conferences, and forums. Download our brochure, “Help After Suicide.”
Starting September 9, 2025, meetings will take place on the 2nd and 4th Tuesday of each month. Both in-person and virtual meetings will take place from from 7 to 8:30PM. Please call the SOS Line at 608-280-2435 for more information on either of these meeting options
