I went to school at Sydney University and The Chicago School, and I hold a Bachelor of Environment Science. I am also a Licensed School Psychologist, Ed.S.
I’m naturally curious and love working with others to understand what helps people and communities thrive. Collaboration energizes me, whether I’m brainstorming with school teams in my role as a licensed school psychologist, volunteering with the Literacy Network, or serving on a local town planning board. I take a strengths-based, relational lens to build on what’s working and find creative ways to address challenges.
I’m interested in neuro-affirming approaches, Somatic Experiencing, and the mind–body connection. I’m also drawn to exploring how people can cultivate greater meaning, fulfillment, and connection in their daily lives. I am currently completing my PsyD in School Psychology, focusing on autistic adolescents and the creation of truly inclusive high school environments.
Outside of work, I’m an avid reader and lifelong learner, often drawn to autobiographical books of people who have transformed adversity into compassion and made the world a kinder place. These interests continue to shape both my personal growth and the way I show up in my work - with curiosity, presence, and a deep appreciation for resilience in all its forms.
