I earned my undergraduate degree in Psychology and Criminal Justice from the University of Wisconsin–Eau Claire, followed by a Master's degree in Clinical Mental Health Counseling from the University of Wisconsin–Whitewater. I am deeply committed to the belief that everyone deserves access to quality mental health care, which fuels my advocacy for underserved and stigmatized populations. Additionally, I have a strong passion for supporting first responders and individuals involved in the corrections system.
I have been trained to work with a diverse range of populations, addressing a variety of concerns including mental health, substance use, environmental stressors, and cultural factors across the lifespan. While I am equipped to support individuals of all ages, I have a particular passion for working with adolescents through older adults who are navigating the impacts of trauma.
Outside of work, I enjoy exploring new places, whether through hiking or international travel. I’ve had the opportunity to visit Sweden, Scotland, and Ireland, and I look forward to adding more countries to that list in the future. I also value quality time with family and friends, and especially cherish my role as an aunt—it's one of the most rewarding aspects of my personal life.
